The Wise Men arrive
I wanted to create a moonlight effect on the Wise Men, and a dimmer look on the inside of the house since Amahl and his mother were awoken.
The Wise Men enter
I wanted to create a brighter and warmer look once the Wise Men entered the home, as if the fire had been re-lit.
Amahl prepares to leave
After the dance, I reverted back to the more separated stage look, with a little more blending as Amahl prepared to head into the night.

Additional Information: This production was a one-act, one-night performance done in conjunction with our annual Teddy Bear Concert. I utilized the house plot and added a few LEDs to allow for an easy strike. Overall I wanted to create a separation between the inside and the outside of the home. I aimed for a more realistic look and wanted to show the beauty of their environment and the story.
